All those people allergic to dust mites, dust, etc, can certainly appreciate a deep-cleaned house, as it reduces the presence of those irritants that are the triggers for respiratory problems.

2. It Reduces the Arrival of other Insects
Dirty and dusty environments tend to be very inviting and popular with ants and other insects. Note, though, that some parasites are very difficult to eliminate and in this case it is strongly recommended to use the services of professionals.

3. Disinfecting your Home reduces the Opportunity for Mould Growth
Mould thrives in damp places like your bathroom. It can accumulate very quickly if not managed properly, and is often a trigger for allergies and respiratory ailments. Therefore, it is highly recommended to keep an eye on any of the wet areas of your home.

Okay, so this one obviously does reference keeping COVID at bay (can you blame us for including it?!), but it goes beyond that too. Using dish soap and other disinfectants are your friends in reducing and even eliminating the presence of bacteria and viruses. For this very reason, it is highly recommended to regularly disinfect your home and pay special attention to the kitchen and the bathroom.
